From the composer: “I was in my kitchen one summer day and had an idea. The next year we would be studying the Book of Mormon for Come Follow Me. I LOVE the Book of Mormon. We have our classic “Book of Mormon Stories” that kids love to sing, right along with “Follow the Prophet” and “Scripture Power”. These songs have punch and power. How about I write a fresh song about the Book of Mormon to help us level up our studies for 2024? “I Love to Read the Book of Mormon” began taking shape as I began to hum a melody.
